Refund Policy
At Compute Labs, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the terms below to understand how refunds work.
Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- The product or service must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Digital services or downloadable products are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue caused by us.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital downloads or subscriptions after activation.
- Services already provided or partially delivered.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@computelabs.in with your order details.
- Once we approve your refund request, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us directly at support@computelabs.in.
